Terry & Andy Kurth

Terry Kurth - Terry graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1975 with a B.S. degree in Agronomy. He gained extensive experience as a golf course superintendent before shifting his focus to lawn care operations and franchising. Terry is the current Director of Development for a Weed Man Lawn Care investment group of which he is part, and also serves on the Board of Turf Holdings Inc. He is the recipient of multiple distinguished Green Industry awards, has served on the executive board of the WI Agri-Businesss Council, and is an emeritus member of the Board of Visitors of the Ag & Life Sciences College of the UW-Madison.

Andy Kurth - Andy graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Soil Science. After selling part time for Weed Man throughout his college years, Andy went on to become a technician, sales manager, GM and finally CEO of the FRI Group (Madison, Milwaukee, Fox Valley, Chicago, Boise, Denver and Austin Weed Man franchises), which represents over $17M in revenue. His advanced knowledge has allowed him to set a prime example for fellow Weed Man franchise owners and managers. Andy was voted one of the “Top 40 Under 40” by InBusiness magazine and named an “Emerging Leader” by Lawn & Landscape.
