We’ve used our years of experience to develop a training, systems and support network that is proven to provide you and your family with a bright future in the growing green industry. When you become a Weed Man franchisee, you join the extended Weed Man family. We work together, all of us collectively, to ensure that you receive all of the training and support you need to excel in your new business.

Initial Training

Weed Man’s initial 9-day training at our corporate office addresses all aspects of business operations, including administration, technical, marketing, business planning and budgeting. Over the course of your training, you’ll be able to work hands-on with your business coach and our corporate team to build a business plan that works for your franchise. 

Ongoing Support

Every Weed Man franchisee is supported by a dedicated franchise business coach who serves as a personal consultant and mentor, providing experience, guidance and encouragement. Your coach will work with you every step of the way to ensure your complete, long-term success. Among the many franchise opportunities you can choose from, this is a unique benefit you are unlikely to find elsewhere. Each of our coaches knows exactly what it takes to build a successful lawn care business, and each is committed to sharing that knowledge with you.

Your business coach is never more than a phone call away and is always ready to provide you with expert consultation as your company takes off. Our team of corporate staff will provide you with quick, easy access to local support, regular business planning meetings, educational seminars, and weekly teleconferences. Franchisees also enjoy broader support from the Weed Man family at events like the Annual Conference.

Our corporate team will be there for you whenever you need, whether it be via telephone, email, or a site visit. You’ll also be invited to regular support calls, training webinars, and information sessions.
