From Franchisee to Franchisor
Jennifer Lemcke, Chief Operating Officer of Weed Man Lawn Care, was recently featured on the Franchise Euphoria podcast, where she discussed her career and background in franchising with host Josh Brown.
She was first introduced to the franchise world at the age of 16 when her father, Roger Mongeon, now CEO of the growing network, purchased his first Weed Man franchise in Hull, Quebec, Canada. Jennifer later become a franchise owner herself and had her hand in every facet of the business.
With her extensive expertise within the company, she has helped lead Weed Man to success. The company now provides lawn care services to over 500,000 customers across North America, built one customer at a time through a network of devoted franchise owners.
To top it off, as of October 2018, Jennifer Lemcke and her team officially own the Weed Man brand worldwide.
