Weed Man multi-unit owner and subfranchisor, Terry Kurth, has been with the company since 2001. His son, Andy, joined the business 3 years later, eventually entering into the role of general manager. Together, they manage franchises in several Wisconsin cities, Northwest Chicago, Austin, and Denver.
